Mais au croisement de la rue Fevzi Pa\u015fa et de l\u2019avenue du Bosphore, le temps s\u2019est fig\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout a commenc\u00e9 par un cri.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Un cri strident, panique, trop aigu pour \u00eatre celui d\u2019un adulte.
Des passants ont lev\u00e9 les yeux.
L\u00e0, au troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tage d\u2019un vieil immeuble r\u00e9sidentiel, un petit gar\u00e7on \u2014 pas plus de deux ans \u2014 se penchait dangereusement au bord du balcon<\/strong>, s’accrochant maladroitement \u00e0 une rambarde branlante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa m\u00e8re, apparemment dans la cuisine, ne se doutait de rien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En bas, les regards se sont fig\u00e9s. Certains ont hurl\u00e9. D\u2019autres ont point\u00e9 du doigt.
Mais personne ne bougeait.<\/strong>
Personne, sauf un homme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il s\u2019appelait Kemal.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u00c2g\u00e9 de 37 ans, livreur de colis, p\u00e8re de deux enfants. Il s\u2019\u00e9tait arr\u00eat\u00e9 pour boire un ayran, quand il a vu la sc\u00e8ne.
Sans r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, il a jet\u00e9 sa sacoche, couru au milieu de la rue<\/strong>, manquant de se faire \u00e9craser par une moto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il savait qu\u2019il n\u2019avait pas le temps de monter. Pas le temps de crier. Pas le temps de pr\u00e9venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors il s\u2019est plac\u00e9 juste en dessous du balcon.<\/strong>
Et a ouvert grand les bras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le silence. Puis\u2026 la chute.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 18h43, l\u2019enfant a gliss\u00e9.<\/strong>
Le petit corps a bascul\u00e9 dans le vide, les bras \u00e9cart\u00e9s, sans un son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et Kemal l\u2019a attrap\u00e9.<\/strong>
Dans un mouvement pur, instinctif, presque irr\u00e9el, il a r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9 le gar\u00e7onnet comme s\u2019il avait r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 ce geste mille fois.<\/strong>
Le choc l\u2019a fait tomber \u00e0 genoux. Il a cri\u00e9 de douleur. Mais l\u2019enfant \u00e9tait vivant. Et indemne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce qui a suivi ? Le chaos, puis les larmes.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Des passants ont accouru. La m\u00e8re, alert\u00e9e par les cris, a hurl\u00e9 d\u2019horreur en d\u00e9couvrant son fils dans les bras d\u2019un inconnu, en pleurs.
Quand elle a compris ce qu\u2019il s\u2019\u00e9tait pass\u00e9, elle s\u2019est effondr\u00e9e en sanglots<\/strong>, serrant Kemal contre elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une cam\u00e9ra de vid\u00e9osurveillance a capt\u00e9 toute la sc\u00e8ne.
Moins de deux heures plus tard, la vid\u00e9o circulait sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.
En Turquie, on parlait de “l\u2019ange d\u2019Istanbul”<\/strong>.
Des milliers de messages. Des dessins d\u2019enfants. Des journalistes devant son immeuble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
